Find out who has to pay instalments and when you should send an invoice

In most cases the Institution will agree to tuition fees being paid in instalments, especially for long term courses. Normally there is no additional cost for paying by this method, but only tuition fees can be paid by instalment, module fees and all other tuition related charges must be paid in full in advance.
Sometimes, the Institution doesn’t accept this method of payment, but the representative agency does. As soon the Institution receives the tuition fee on time, there should be no problem to the student.
Either way, how can you control all those payments, due dates and invoices? Well, with Sellead is actually very simple.
When you sell a quote, the system shows if the institution has set up an instalment payment plan. If not, you can create it yourself.
It can even be shown in the quote beforehand, informing the student about the advantage of paying by instalments.
